Cap de Creus Natural Park

If you come to Cadaqués you must visit Cap de Creus Natural Park, a total of 13.886 hectares, of wich 3.090 are marine and 10.386 are terrestrial, a space with intineraries to enjoy the different landscapes.

 

At Cap de Creus there are up to eight hundred different plants cataloged, in addition to a series of itineraries to enjoy the fantastic landscape.

 

Another interesting place to visit is "Es Pla de Tudela", of great geological interest, we can find some of the best examples worldwide of ductile deformation structures (shear zones) in metamorphic and granitic rocks.

 

And all this rocks, eroded over millions of years by water and the north wind, present themselves to us in a whimsical way: a camel, an eagle, a rabbit, an elephant or as many shapes as anyone can imagine!

 

ACTIVITIES:

- SCUBA: Diving Portlligat carries out all its dives in this natural area.

- HIKING: Routes of all distances and intensities, patrol or GR paths, all well signposted.

- SNORKEL: fantastic place to snorkel and discover the marine flora and fauna of Cap de Creus.

- GUIDED ROUTES: circuits in foot or by bike, guided routes to get to know the territory and the mountains. Possibility to book a group excursion or "à la carte".
