This land was originally an olive grove, a landscape of olive trees amidst dry stone walls, as there was in a large part of Cadaqués and its surroundings during the 1960s.
The native vegetation has always been held in high regard, which is why the olive tree is still the most prevalent species to be found in our garden today.
Olive, mimosa, almond and eucalyptus trees, thyme, rosemary and many other plants are an essential part of the Carpe Diem, and the apartments have been built to blend perfectly into this landscape.
